hello , my name is sarah, i am 45 a, a`woman here in canadam from england. I have been struggling with pain and inflammation to my left SI joint from a work injury, I am a support worker for special needs , 2009 also my left leg is about 1 inch shortened due to congenital hip disease, I have sacrolitis and bursitis. I am 45 and try to keep fit however I am a support worker so it flares up at times, Recently I saw a specialist becvause I am never pain free, can function at a 2 or 3 and he said my wcb treatment from physiotherapy had made my condition worse , he diagnosed complications due to lumbar rotation syndrome to be treated with the physio, MSS skills and me relearning new day to day movements with the correct exercises and movements. This was 3 months ago i got weaker and there`was a 6 week delay with approval from wcb and i had been, told to stop my exercising etc until correct plan but months delay and further injury to my SI at work has left me with severe pain and repeated inflammation. I started suffering some migraines sickness and a deterioation in my overall health, lost weight, chronic pain, depression, treatment included raising to dilaudid, cannot use antiinflamatories due to ulcers, also diagnosed with ADD on dexedrine, POS endometriosis and 2 week ago admitted with suspected brainstem stroke, symptoms, swollen numb tingling paralysis in right arm paralysism tongue deviation, asymetric to left side of my face still paralysis and poor short tem memmory, loss of orientaion sense of self etc, loss of grip in right hand and slurreds speach comes if i get tired, which i do from the smallest thigs, i am a single mother to 2 daughter, 15 and 11 :). , lost my gag reflex on left side legs pretty good just terrible pain in S I joint, occasional sciatica etc but managed between a pain level of 4 to 9 and recovering well but very tired, pale ichy dry skin, acne really bad. I was a 25 a day smoker for most of my life, quit in emergency during episode and eent cold turkey with a passion, quit since noc 23rd :)
THey rtan tests, nothing showed on MRI or CAT scan, possibly TIA, then I had another minor one 3 days out of hospital, swelling in right arm, tingling, numb pain, dizzy nauseous bliuured vision, banging into things, slurred spach, assymetric signs again ....but the neurologist thinks i may be exhibiting atypical migraines ?

My question and problem is this please...........I bfeel I am trying my best and itrs hard daeling with fallout from hospital, weakened health and constant pain in my SI but starting yesterday evening i tried to do some errands was hardly able to stand, walk due to weakness, shaking legs, very dvery tired and a stiffness and pain in both SI joints, Hips, Buttocks and sciatica , my joints felt hot inflammed with a stabbing like pain in each SI like a knife being grinded back and forth and tingling numb acheing spreading throuout my buttoks and into my hips , shooting pain ever few seconds from the sciatic nerve both sides, stiffness i couldnt bend or even move my hips to walk? the top of my nech has been hurting and feels tender to touch and inflammed, also my circulation is weird on my upper legs, thighs, the skin is mottled , hot and just a slight finger tap on the skin surface is painful, like raw nerves? i feel weak with my right arm tingling , slight pain and numbness, at 4 am this morning it was`swollen, especially thye fingers and hand, still cant grip? Forgive all my writing , i asm trying to give you as much as i can. I am used to dealing with pain etc but this is differrent in that i usually cry out cos my SI joint can radiate enough pain to make me cry, feel at breaking point weak ndizzy, nearlly faint`and often make me nauseous and be sick but I always find it in me to keep my spirit up manage it and keep going, BUT THIS IS WAY OUT THERE ?????? THE CONSTANT PAIN IN BOTH SIDES WITH ALL TYPES OF MUYSCLE NERVE ETC IS NEW FOR ME??
AND I know this sounds dramatic but THE pain is NOTHING I have ever experienced? It is SOOOOOOOOOOO BAD Im feeling nearlly at breaking point? out of 1 to 10 Ive had 10 before, giving birth was a 7 for me without drugs but this is like a 100 out of 1O I have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ??? please can you help?

PS. I have taken my hydromorphone 12 hr release 12 mg and prn 4mg @ 4 to n6 hours, and tylenol 8 but its still getting to be too much to bear?
