Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain With Vomiting

my girlfriend has a stomach ache as well as back pain I've recently discovered. She doesn't have an appetite anymore, but when she does she nibbles on things and usually throws up. I'm very concerned because she cries because the pain is too unbearable. Please someone help us out; Greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Since when she is suffering from stomach pain? Which part of abdomen aching? Is she getting regular menstrual cycles? Any history of food intake from outside. Many causes for stomach pain, but without complete history and examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
