Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain

hi I am a healthy 22 yr old female, and for the past few months, very infrequently (maybe 3 times) I get a sharp pain in my chest, like I'm being stabbed, on my left side right where the underwire from a bra would be about 1- 1/2 inches from the center of my chest. It always happens when I am at rest and not physically exerting myself. there is no history of heart disease in my family, but there is a history of diabetes. This is very troubling.. Any idea's on what this might be or if I should get checked?

HI
Well come to HCM
Within this past few months since you have chest pain if you have not any test then it would be advisable to get done the test like EKG and ECHO this would rule out the cardiac disease, if the tests turned unremarkable then this is just nothing to worry, I would suggest Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day, because the symptoms may be due to Hyperacidity, take care ( Comment:- Hyperacidity mimic cardiac pain and this need to be differentiated)
