Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Problems And Joint Arthritis
Dear Dr Saheb
I have following shoulder problems.
1} SLAP 11 tear on shoulder
2} Subacromial subdeltoid. bursitis
3 Supraspinatoustendinosis
4} Mild degenerative acromio-clavicular joint arthritis with minimal joint effusion
Kindly advise what procedure should I adopt to solve above shoulder problems. It is there from last three months. so far I have tried physio and natural therapy but with out any results. i have taken one steroid injection and pain has reduces by 20 percent. Should I go for another steroid injection or surgery or both? Pl advise.
Also pl advise best orthopedic surgeon in Mumbai and UK for shoulder problems.
Any charges for advise pl let me know.

For this SLAP tear you may need arthroscopic evaluation and repair.
You may need arthroscopic repair for superior labrum anterior posterior tear lesion.
You can contact dr anant joshi in Mumbai.
You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
You may need to take rest for early healing.
Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.
