Suggest Treatment For Sinus Arrythmias With Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block

My son is 16 years old has been having recurrent syncope episodes three this week. he just had an EKG and the results were normal sinus with sinus arrythmias and incomplete right bundle branch block. he has always been a healthy kid. what could have caused this all of a sudden and what are treatments for this?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion your son may have valvular heart disease.
As syncope with right bundle branch block in young patient is mostly due to valvular heart disease.
So consult cardiologist and get done
1. 2D Echo
2. Holter monitoring ( continuous recording of ECG ).
According to the reports of above investigation s, treatment should be started. He may require cardiac drugs and surgery if valvular defect is found.
