Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

i am a healthy 27 yr old female. I have had a constant sinus infectio for 3 yrs that would not respond to antibiotics, steroids, or anything we tried. I had ct scan and infection in ethmoid sinus was found. I have had 2 sinus surgeries. The 2nd was a revision surgery to remove scaar tissue blocking ethmoid. however since surgery I am still having the exact same symptoms. headache, lowgrade fever ethmoid pain on left side of nose. I have an appointent with ent for follow up. However, I am wondering if the dr is not being aggressive enough with the fess or do I need another procedure like traditional sinus surgery. i will talk to my ent but I would just like to hear someonelses opinion thanks
