If your answer to my question is yes than you need to be evaluated for narcolepsy a kind of sleep disorder which is accompanied by hallucinations and sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis in isolation generally can be treated with medication from benzo group or some time TCA s. Unfortunately there is no other method of stopping it other than medication.
