Suggest Treatment For Sleep Related Breathing Problems

My 4 yr old has been having problems sleeping lately. She snores loudly. She inhales through her nose and blows out through her mouth after along time. Its like she forgets to exhale so she ll like choke herself awake (if that makes any sense). When she exhales sometime she ll have her mouth so tight all she does is make spit bubbles and it looks like she s foaming at the mouth.
