Suggest Treatment For Sprained Hip

Hello, I am 20, 5'3 and weigh just under 9 stone. I was diagnosed with a sprained hip, although at the time I wasn't quite happy with that as the pain never really went away even after a week or so of resting. The pain is only on the right side and now goes down my leg. It's different from sprain pain. I know that sounds rather silly but it is almost like the nerves or something. I sometimes find it hard to get up as will just strike. I now have aching pain in the right side of my virgina. I can suddenly become quite weak but then the next second I seem to be fine. Could this be apart of it? And what is it?
