Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain With Darker Bowel Movement
lately i have been having some violent stomach pains for about three to four months already.they mostly happen at night sometimes.the pains began one day at the beginning of august when i was watching tv.They began when i was having my period and they continued every night for a month and three weeks or for two months i think and then they subsided.i still get em sometimes but not all the time but they are not as violent as before.my stomach growls and my stools i think are coming out dark whenever i use the bathrooms or maybe its the light in my bathroom but i dont know how to identify if they are tarry and black or just tarry.i have a history of acid reflux but ive never had any ulcers.i need some answers.please help me?i am absolutely terrified right now.i dont wanna die so young i am only 19.

Abdominal pain with dark color stools can be due to inflammatory disease of the colon. It may be an infection or ulcerative colitis and if these are not the reason, then it may be due to the diet is taken. The differentiation of the etiology is must in this case. Acid reflux disease may not cause dark stools; neither the menstrual cycle. Looking at your age, I could say that diet is the reason for that symptom. So try to change the diet and stop worrying. Hormonal changes could also cause abdominal pain and the diet may be the reason for dark stools.
