feel acidity
i have stomach pain ithink that from ulcer because i made befor two ys perforated ulcer .....now i have pain in stomach..... i used befor one y trible therapy then i stop.......now i use proton pump inhibitor....for benifit cbc,chem[kft.lft] all of that are normal

Thank you for the query.

To diagnose an ulcer gastroscopy needs to be done. Please note that as you are ulcer perforation patient and have now symptoms indicating peptic ulcer, you should have this test done at first. It is because your symptoms might be caused by stomach cancer, not ulcer. This needs to be ruled out at first. Also Helicobacter Pylori infection needs to be verified and antibiotics given if present.
Please do not treat yourself without consulting a doctor.
