Suggest Treatment For Swallowing Difficulty With Chronic Hyper Acidity

Greeting!

Problem: From yesterday, I am feeling like something is stuck in my esophagus. The feeling is from throat to chest and I have no throat pain.

History: I suffer from chronic hyperacidity and indigestion problems. I had been under a gastroentritis specialist doctors treatment for last 4 years. He had diagnosed that i have Hiatus Hernia B. I had been taking Omiperazole 20mg for last 4 years morning before any food and one tablet 5mg or Amytrypteline (Tryptomer brand name in India). Last two years I had reduced the dosage of omiperazole from 20 mg to 7mg( by cutting the tablet into three parts) and my doctor agreed to it. If I take omiperazole I have no acid reflex at all. But I suffer from Flatulance, and irregular pattern of loose and tight motion and had to go toilet very often.

Last month I had stopped taking Amytrypteline tablet, and now I take only omiperazole in alternate days with lower dose (7mg).

I cannot visit my current doctor since I am not in my country now. Should i see a doctor immediatley for this congstion problem? Please advice.

Thanks in advance,

Shashi
