Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Joints

My mother is 55 yrs. old, weight-64 kg, height-153cm. suffering from pain & swelling in all joints since 10 years. Dr. diagnosis her as Polyartheritis and put her on treatment like capsule Takfa 0.5mg once a week, etova 400 od., and Saaz 500mg bd, rebonik 20mg before breakfast, dfz-6 od, aldactone 100mg od. inj. Mtx. 15mg weekly. Kindly let me know is it right course of traetment for my mother & how long she will take to get rid of this problem. Her blood test report is- Anti CCP 91 Units / ml. Her glasgow arthritic score- 810. Tlc count 10900, esr-48, sugar- normal. Zone Ebb Index 7:22 Thanks!

Hello,

Looking at your details, it looks like your doctor is giving a good treatment for her rheumatoid condition. There is nothing to add in this except physiotherapy. As an analgesic you may substitute etova with indomethacin.
