Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Chest After Injury

interesting service...don't see how this could be diagnosed without hands on, left upper pectoral towards the center of chest has what seems like swelling (2 inch area) but it's hard to tell as I lost some of my upper chest on right side, tricep, due to cervical spinal injury. The assymetry has always been noticeable but this area seems different. I bicycle about 150-200 miles a week, 53 year old male 153 lbs 5'7'' , taking pepcid for last 10 days with some stomach issues which cleared immediately on the advice of a doc. No pain when palpating area of swelling.
