Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face After Treated TB

I am undergoing treatment for tb for past 2 weeks. I am diabetic as well so taking insulin as per doctor's advise. Sincelast 2 days my face has has got swollen i am worried what could be the possible reason. Moreover every morning I am getting fever for which I have to take paracetamol.
