For the last week I've been having symptoms of hypoglycemia. I had blood work done, everything was normal. Still waiting on insulin test to come back. I'm heathly, active, not overweight, and not a diabetic. If I take a fast acting glucose tablet I feel better. It usually hits me when I wake up.
You can overcome hypoglycemia by taking simple measures like having food on time. Take high carbohydrate, and whole grain foods which digest slowly. Please consume healthy dinner since your blood sugar level needs to be maintained through the night. Please take some form of glucose like sweets, candy when you notice symptoms of hypoglycemia. It is important to investigate the reason for your hypoglycemia. I also advice you to test pancreatic enzymes level.
