Suggest Treatment For Thrombosis

My mother has thrombosis in her right leg. Its seven years now since it has been diaganosed.
Doctors kept her on medications for some time (Acitrom 2 mg and Eco Aspirin) and asked her to wear stocking specially meant for Thrombosis patients. . But after 1-1 and half year, Doctors asked her to stop the medicines and just wear the stocking.
Now also, she's not comfortable. Black and White spots have emerged on her leg and there is a lot of pain .
Is there any treatment, which can help in reducing pain and the disease. Please advice.

Hi, she might have had a recurrence of the thrombosis. The treatment taken till now is correct. You should see your Doctor and again and a Color Doppler might be required again. If it comes positive, then she might require life long medication(Acitrom or Warfarin). If it is not positive, then I usually prescribe my patients Tab Ecsoprin 75mg lifelong alongwith Tab Folic acid as per latest studies. In either case, she requires to be evaluated by a Doctor as of now. Take care,
