Suggest Treatment For Tibial Plateau Fracture

Hi, I fractured my tibial plateau. Non-displaced. My Doctor ordered a CT scan to confirm this, but no MRI has been ordered to be sure that nothing else had been damaged. Menicus, Ligaments, etc. He "inferred" that there was no damage that wouldn't wouldn't heal on it's on. Do I need an MRI?

Hi,

I have read your query.

You do not have to get MRI scan.

All you need is treatment of fracture either in the form of cast or surgery.

CT scan is enough to make exact fracture line to be diagnosed.

I hope you have got your answer.
