Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Tender Lymph Nodes Below The Ears

I have had tinnitus for the past five years sometimes it gets bad (10) and other times is barley noticeable (1) Recently I have noticed tender lymph nodes below my ears and a soreness in my ears. If I take ibuprofen along with phenylephrine it seems to help all of the symptoms. I have been to 2 separate ENTs as well as my general doctors and they have told me that there is nothing they can do for the Tinnitus. I would be okay with that except sometimes it seems to go completely away and then suddenly returns. I have a feeling that it has to do with congestion. Any help would be appreciated!
