I am a 63 yr old retired RN and have a strong family hx on both sides of cardiovascular disease resulting in early deaths of parents (Dad at age 50 of heart and Mother at age 63 strokes)I had HTN dx age 45 while under much personal and work stress and also 80 lbs overweight. Lost the weight and got off all 3 bp meds. Now recently noticed headaches occurring often, resting pulses in high 90 s low 100 s. BP also elevated with diastolic in 90 s when it used to be in the low 70 s or high 60 s. Also have a rapid pulsating tinnitus in right ear that is paroxsysmal doesn t match pulses rate and is very loud. This will lasts for hours and go away but always comes back. Doesn t interfer with sleep. Should I see an ENT, Cardiologist or Neurologist? Your thoughts please. Thank you
