Take high fiber whole wheat flour / brown ricediets including all essential nutrients containing fruit - GUAVA ,PEARS - APPLE -,APRICOT PLUMS green leafy veges vitamins ,minerals, directly , as it reduce the risk of diabetes . a fiber-rich diet can decrease and eliminate
constipation and hemorrhoids, it helps the stool pass through easily and decreases the burden of toxins reabsorbed into the body.
Include essential nutrients , regularly in all meals, more of fibers , proteins ,vitamins , minerals in natural form as fruit & green leafy veges also supplements full of antioxidants - ginger ,garlic , onion , Lemon juice with water twice before meals ,
Aloe vera juice 25 ml + 2 spoons Amla juice , Fenu greek powder a T spoon with water in the morning , & lot of water
Turmeric powder a level T spoon with cup of hot milk at bed time
