Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdomen Cramps

Hi, im 21 years old and for the past month i have been experiencing upper abdomen cramps. As well as constipation and it does hurt once i use my bowels. When i am on the toliet i do have to struggle. I am also experiencing flatulence, and i am also a vegeterian. My doc put me on omperazole for stomach acid and i have been on that for under 2 weeks. And she also booked me in for a ultra sound. And if that doesn't work she wont rule out a gastroscopy. My parents and my doc dont think its anything serious but i am so scared. I know bowel and stomach cancer are rare in 21 year olds. But do i have any reason to worry?

Hi,
Nothing to worry about cancer.
From history it seems that you might be having chronic GI infection mainly of amebic giving this problem.
Go for stool test for ova, cyst or dysentery germs.
Gofor one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 5 days and you will be alright.
Take more fiber containing diet.
Take plenty of water.
Go for abdominal recti muscle exercises daily.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
