You seem to suffer from chronic urticaria. It is difficult to find out the triggers. Responsible inhalants, dietary factors or contactants should be determined by trial and error method. The help of allergy tests may be taken. There are so many triggers for which you should take care of. Antihistaminics like fexofenadine 180 mg thrice a day for few months should be considered. Subcutaneous injection of Histoglob at regular intervals may be considered after consulting the dermatologist.
