Suggest Treatment For Vasovagal Episode

My 5 year old son was diagonsed with vasal vagal episodes. He turns pallor for about 10 min. He does not pass out, but he can not talk or stand easily. He has an abbarent subclavian artery and I am wondering if this is the cause of there episodes. It took us 5 years and a video to finally have some sort of diagnosis. Can these spells be life threatening? Should We have surgery on his heart if he does not have any other typical symptoms from this abbarent artery? One cardiologist says "yes" and another says "no".

Aberrant subclavian artery leading to vasovagal episodes , management is solely dependent on severity of the symptoms, extent of abberation in evaluation.
If not much frequent or drastic episodes one can wait for sometime to take definite decisions, If much concerned and many frequent bouts of vasovagal episodes then and then only surgery advisable.
