Suggest Treatment For Vomiting In Depression Patient

My wife (age 27, housewife) is suffering with dipression (as told by doctor). She is taking madication a) paxidep CR 25 and b)zona- 0.5. The problem is that in the initial condition she does vomiting and get semi consiousness for about 1 to 2 days. She can not take food, water or something. Then we have no option but to get her admitted in the hospital. From 1st Aug.2011 till now she has got admitted twice and now she is taking the above medication. She still feel vomiting.
Her CT Scan, EEG, Ultrasound, Xray, Endoscopy and other blood reports are normal.
Please suggest.

She has recurrent depressive disorder. In that case, she needs antidepressant either single or combination of them. If she has depressive symptoms on treatment, then she could try combination of them. That would help her to control underline depressive symptoms in better way. She can also try some mood stabilizer that would help to control relapse. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
