Nothing to worry, if you are not gaining weight means you are not taking properly or if you taking there is a problem in digestion and absorption. Few chronic conditions like tuberculosis or sarcoidosis or lymphomas or connective tissue disorders may cause weight loss. Blood in the stool may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistulas. Until the examination, through investigation, it is difficult to say what it is. Eat high protein and fiber food. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use fresh green leafy vegetables, nuts, and dry fruits. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
