Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic, There is a condition called chemical leukoderma, where a particular contact allergen causes pigment abnormality similar to leukoderma. The treatment will be similar to leukoderma or vitiligo. Avoiding further application of sindhoor is a must. The treatment you are on is correct, have some patience and give it time. Continue follow up as advised. Hope this helped, Take care.
