Hello Dear. You need to divert your attention by engaging yourself very busily.
Morphine detox can be very unpleasant because of the physical and psychological symptoms that characterize morphine withdrawal.
To reduce the intensity of
withdrawal symptoms, users are advised to complete the withdrawal process in a medical detox program.
In medical detox, doctors monitor the former user’s vitals and determine the best treatment plan to rid the drug from their system.
Depending on each individual’s circumstances, doctors may recommend quitting “cold turkey” or tapering off use. Generally, a taper method is advised over abruptly quitting because it produces less severe withdrawal symptoms.
Addiction treatment medications, such as
naltrexone or
buprenorphine (
suboxone), may be used to help ease the withdrawal process.
Methadone is a less potent opiate that can also be used as a substitute for morphine during detox.
Some of the tips i would like to suggest you
1. Do regular exercise atleast half an hour per day
2. Socialize with people, family and friends
3. Develop some good hobbies- music, sports, reading books
4. Keep yourself busy. An idle mind is devils workshop.
5. Learn
meditation techniques.
6. Take medications regularly as prescribed by your doctor
7. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
