Suggest Treatment Form Severe Mood Swings Because Of PMS

Hi my pmt is getting worse again anger, short tempered, tearful etc have previously been prescribed fluxitine and hormone injections this time it s utovlan. The list of side effects is scary but I am desperate if I dont do something i a going to loose my husband and my job. Are the side effects common or is there a natural progesterone treatment.
