Suggest Treatment To Cure Severe Dysplastic Mole On Scalp

7year old daughter diagnosed with severe dysplastic mole on scalp. What is the best way to remove it and who should I consult....plastic surgeon or a dermatologist? In addition, my daughter was initially seen by my dermatologist for the biopsy, should she now be seen by a pediatric dermatologist?

Dysplastic mole may turn into cancer.
Once diagnosis is confirmed after biopsy,better to get it excised by a plastic surgeon.
