HI! I AM 58 YEARS OLD, HAVING DIABETIC SINCE 1995, SUGAR LEVEL NEVER COMES BELOW 175 - 200, I AM A LIGHT SMOKER, NO ALCOHOL, I AM SUFFERING FROM E D, WHAT SHOULD I DO, WHAT MEDECINE SHOULD I TAKE, I AM NOT ON INSULIN, MY HEALTH IS FIT AND FINE, I WALK ABOUT 45 - 50 MIN. EVERYDAY, MY FOOD INTAKE IS NORMAL, MY WEIGHT IS 75 / 78KG, SINCE LAST 15 TO 16 YEARS.

You sugar level are mildly elevated;
You can discuss with your doctor and increase the dose of diabetic drugs; depending on Fasting blood sugar level and Post prandial sugar levels.
Kindly check your HbA1c; serum creatinine; lipid levels also.
For ur E D a work up has to be done whether it is due to diabetes or due to decrease in hormonal levels.
My suggestion is to get ur sugars strictly undercontrol
