Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems that you have post inflammatory
hyperpigmentation secondary to pimples leading to spots on face..
On the other hand pimples can occur due to causes like clogged pores, hormonal imbalances, oily skin, bacterial infection, inflammation and excessive sun exposure..
I would suggest you to wash your face with
Salicylic acid and
Glycolic acid containing facewash..
To reduce pigmentation you can apply depigmenting creams containing kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply azelic acid creams..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
For pimples you can apply a combination of
Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin+Niacinamide containing Ointments..
You can apply Adapelene gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
You can take a nutritious diet with lots of green vegetables and fruits..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also go for treatments like
Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
