Dear sir , I am 33 year s old working in service industry. Past couple of year s I am facing wiered n continuous sound like engine voice continuously disturbing specially when I am in silent meeting n there is less hearing problem in the discussions. In traffic its not there. Now one of our doctors has prescribed 2 medicines Nootropil 800 mg and Bilovas also given me an option to go for surgery as the middle ear bone has become big and voice related issue he told me its tinnitus. Pls guide do at this age n stage surgery is required n medicine mention above will help to cure for what disease. Thanks

I would advise you the folllowing: Continue Nootrophil 800 and Bilovas, it does help to an extent. Get the costly tests done. It is always better to get fully investigated with all available tests as these will also tell us whether surgery will help you or not.
