Suggest Treatments For Pain In Neck,chest And Ribs After A Fall

My head, neck, back, chest, and ribs hurt. I did a handstand and fell straight down on my head and neck and back while my knees plunged into my ribs and chest. I can t move too much it hurts, it also hurt when I breathe and I feel light headed mixed with a migraine.
