Suggest Treatments To Remove Loose Skin On My Stomach

I have excess skin(mostly skin and some fat) on my stomach that hangs from my undergarment. My age is 53 years old. I am about 20 pounds overwieight that I am having a really hard time losing. It really bothers me. What is the procedure and the price of having this large roll of skin removed?

It's going to have to be surgical (tummy tuck). The price varies considerably and is quite affordable in some non-US countries. Google surgical tourism. There are commercial packages for this.
