HI
Thank for asking to HCM
As long as the question of eye problem is concern it should never be taken lightly taking second and third opinion is rule in eye disease, so it is better to go for second opinion form expert ophthalmologist, have nice day.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Dadapeer K's  Response
Hello
Glaucoma is usually because of raised intraocular pressure and though i5 is commonly bilateral condition but often it can be asymmetrical.
Glaucoma requires proper evaluation and treatment and hence I advice you to consult ophthalmologist or preferably glaucoma specialist.
Thank you
