Swelling Between Shoulder And Neck, Severe Pain. History Of Being In Auto Accident. Have Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis. Thoughts?

Hello, I was in an auto accident on May 8 and went to the hospital with shoulder and arm pain. Xrays showed no breaks, but I couldn't hardly use my arm for about 10 days. I noticed some swelling between my shoulder and base of my neck and started going to a chiropractor. It seemed to have helped until today and it is really hurting and the swelling is back. I am 39, and am a diabetic and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. My email address is YYYY@YYYY . Just wondered what you thought could be wrong with my shoulder?
