Swelling Under The Ear With Fever. Given Antibiotics With Brufen. Suggest

Hi Doctors,
My son is 14 months old and there is some swelling appeared 3 days ago under his left ear the size is almost of a big grape, he is also having fever with it, no idea about the pain. i am giving him antibiotic 2.5 ml with the capacity of 100mg once a day along brufen. But its been 4 days now no improvement seen. Please suggest.

does this swelling red , tender to touch , or feel hot any obvious discharge ,
is his ear lobe is lifted up , you have to give antibiotics after consultation.
