Swollen Abdomen. Not Pregnant. Exercising Regularly. Anything To Be Concerned?
I have a really big belly. I do not have sex. I know I am not pregnant, but I kinda look like I am. I have had this belly a long time, its kinda firm to the touch. My blood tests came out all normal. I have been on Weight Watchers, and exersiceing regularly. I have lost 23 pounds and still look like 2 months pregnant. Is there an underlining medical condition that could make my belly look like this?
I understand your concern. However you should be proud to have lost twenty three pounds in such a short period of time. Although your weight loss may not be reflected in your body shape like you want it to be, it is a healthy sign and your overall health is improving. I hope that you are also exercising as prescribed and continue to lose weight. It will take time for the effects of the exercise to show physically and you might have to continue on this regimen of exercise and diet for some more time. So I advise you to be more patient.
