Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
I read your problem,as you gave the details it seems that you have sever gingivitis because of that you have swollen gums.
For this you need to visit dentist as soon as possible in your area for scaling and after scaling your dentist will give you the instructions how to maintain oral hygiene please follow them properly.
I f you will not take a proper treatment it will progress and will destroy your teeth supporting structures this will result in to mobility of teeth and in advance stages this is possibility that you can loose your teeth.
So please take a quick action.
And for the tongue tiny white spots and difficulty in swallowing it is because of apthous ulcer.
You can take vitamin b complex and can apply mucopain on that.
But i will suggest you when you will go to dentist ask him for complete oral examination and after clinical examination and final diagnosis take a proper treatment.
Take Care.

Hello and thank you for your question.
Based on what you described it sounds like you have gingivitis or inflammation of the gums. Your gums are inflammed because of plaque/food debris accumulation. Get a cleaning done by a dental hygienist.
-Burning mouth and gums can be from burning mouth syndrome.
-it can also be from sjorgrens syndrome, Vit B12 deficiency, fibromyalgia, dry mouth
The description as a large picture sounds like you either have BMS or possibly developing scarlet fever or another type of strep infection. This can be treated with antibiotics.
If the issue persists, see your dentist for an evaluation.
Swelling in the gums along with sore feeling in the mouth is indicative of having Gingivitis or Gingival infection.
This usually happens due to failure in maintaining proper cleanliness in oral cavity. If cleaning is not done properly, then food accumulates along with formation of plaque layer on teeth surface which irritates the gingiva & thereby Gingivitis starts.
Small red bumps on tongue are nothing but normal papillae surrounding taste buds which are inflamed due to Generalized gum infection affecting the tongue.
Visit your dentist as soon as possible & get your teeth cleaned after thorough clinical examination. Even presence of oral thrush or candidiasis is to be ruled out by your dentist.
Maintain cleanliness by exercising proper cleaning habits . Gum astringents are very useful in such condition to treat spongy bleeding gums.
Local anesthetic mouth wash can be used to gargle before having your food as it will reduce the discomfort caused during eating.
Avoid hot, spicy food till the condition reverts back to normal.
HELLO,
there is gingivitis associated with your gums.gums are inflammed due to plaque/food debris accumulation.
enlarged gingiva, bleeding gums, periodontal pocket and gingival recession are the associated symptoms.
get scaling and root planning done by you dentist,if necessary,gingivectomy/gingivoplasty has to be done.
always brush your teeth twice daily using soft-interdental toothbrush.
clean your mouth after every meals.
visit your dentist in every 6 months.
take tab.doxycycline-100mg,once daily for 7 days to make the gingive intact.
regards
