Swollen And Tender Below Ear Lobe, Behind Lower Jaw. Discomfort To Turn Head Right. Advice?

Just below my ear lobe and right behind the back side of my lower jaw(All on my right side), i seem to be a little tender to the touch and slightly swollen.
I am not running any fever, no problems chewing, no headaches or anything. However, when I touch it it is sore and when I turn my head to my right, I can feel discomfort. Any input???

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain and tenderness in the area you described could be related to a tooth infection, swollen lymph node, muscle sprain, etc. A direct examination by a physician will help in detecting the exact cause and further treatment.
