Swollen Arms After Intense Work Out. Inflammation?

i had a hard arm workout on wednesday, it s now saturday. I noticed on thursday night that my arms were swollen so i assumed it was from the sorness. But now my right arm is even bigger than it was on thurday night while my left arm has returned to its original size. The inflamation has made my right arm about twice the size of my left arm.... What could this mean?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The swelling in the arm is likely to be due to a muscle sprain or a soft tissue injury. This can subside on doing a hot fomentation and taking mild pain killers. You may need to consult an orthopedician in case the movement is painful.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
