Swollen Fingers Due To Angioedema. What Is The Treatment?

My fingers have been swallen every morning for a few years now. went not the family doctor - he jut said I have "angeoedema" but I have no allerges to any of the foods.. recently I have experienced extreme dizziness, and nausia... no vomiting but if I ate anything probably I would give it all back... my blood pressure is 117/78. In the morning, when I jus open my eyes, my fingers are very swallen and painful to touch, I can't bend them, have no strength to put on jeans... it somewhat become tolerable through the day, but still painful... The recent dizzines (as if I am on a very rocky boat) while I am still in bed just waking up - scares me.... NO, I am not pregnant (IUD/Mirena. Works great.) I keep a good ballanced diet, no diabetics, I'm 5ft8. weigh 165-167 lb, 42 years old. Also - I have on/off joint and knee swelling, and jaw muscle pain....
Any thoughts?
