Hello & welcome
Removing your natural teeth is not the solution of problem.
you are complaining of swelling of gums so let me clear you one thing that in gingivitis antibiotics are not of much use.
you have to visit your dentist for scaling & deep cleaning.
rest you have to maintain proper oral hygiene with chlorhexidine mouhtwash & warm saline rinses, you will get relief.
thanks & take care
hello there, swollen gums and weak teeth are the signs of periodontitis, that is inflammation of attachment system of your teeth. Treatment for this will be thorough oral proplyaxis that is professional ultrasonic cleaning and curretage of gums followed by medication. But before going for treatment i suggest you few diagnostic tests 1. Blood sugar levels, fasting and postmeal both. 2. Thyroid profile. These tests will help your dentist to rule out the cause of your problem and decide the treatment plan for you. i hope this answer was satisfactory, all the best.
Hi,
Thank you for the query.
Swelling in the gums definitly weakens the supporting tooth structures for this you donot need to get your tooth removed . scaling along with root planning would be the first line of treatment if still the infection persists then curettage can be done to save and strengthen up the teeth. Betadine gargle and saline water rinses along with a course of antibiotics would give you relief.
thank you
According to your clinical signs and symptoms i suppose that you are suffering from Periodontitis which shows the above mentioned symptoms such as swollen gums and weak teeth.
I would suggest you to visit the Dentist and get the checkup done.
Go for professional mouth scaling and polishing followed by the course of antibiotics and analgesics.
Also get your blood sugar level estimation to know whether you are diabetic or not.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Use chlorhexidine mouthwash gargles twice daily.
