Swollen Heel And Foot, No Incidence Of Injury, Pain Worsens In The Morning, Burning On Back Of Leg. What Could It Be?

My heel is swelled as well as my foot . I don t remember di anything to hurt it. This pain started about 2 weeks ago. Its bad in the morning when I get up but also if I just sit down for a lil while and then get back up. While standing onmy feet it is very painful and burns and hurts all the way up the back of my leg. What do u think this cld b??

It may be an Inflammatory arthopathy, may be gouty arthritis. Some inv. like serum uric acid, CBC, RA factor,ESR & X-ray ankle & foot s/b done Treatment plan after making the diagnosis based on clinical features & investigations.
