Swollen Lymph Node On The Left Side Of Neck Under Jaw, Ibuprofen, Not Able To Swallow, Pain, Tounge Swollen, Ear Hurts

I have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck under my jaw . I went to see the doctor yesterday but she said it would get better soon and she told me to take ibuprofen . It has only gotten worse. I can t eat or swallow anything, it hurts to talk, my tongue is swollen a little on the bottom, my left ear hurts, and I just want to drool. Any clue on what this could be?
