Swollen Lymph Node Under Chin And Armpit?

Hi ive had a swolen lymph node under my chin and one under my right arm pit. I went to the doctor and they did all these blood tests on me and everything came back fine. They just suspected it to be my cold because I had one at the time, and a cut on my arm because of Cheerleading (I get beaten up a lot because of cheerleading practice). This was maybe a little more than a month ago. The one under my jawline has not gotten smaller, but the one under my right arm pit shrunk down to a pea size. Recently maybe 30 minutes ago I found another one in my left arm pit. Can somebody tell me what this could possibly be from? Help me. btw im 15

Get a chest Xray ,blood counts done.If they show any abnormality then do further tests as reqiured.The lymph node swelling might be due to viral, bacterial tubercular infection .
