Swollen Lymph Nodes Multiplying Through Out Body, Have Hairy Tongue, Body Pain, Headache. Treatment?

I have swollen lymph nodes through out my body grion,front of neck , by collar bone back of neck, front of neck, was diagnosed with sjogrens 2 yrs ago have hairy toung white on toung that won t brush off, anemia lots of pain in body head aches. Ana positive. Main concern is all the lymph nodes swollen they have been there for a few years but they are multiplying as time goes on.

You have multiple swollen lymph nodes all over body.
I would suggest you consult a physician who will be able to get biopsy of your node done to know exact etiology of these enlarged lymph node.
