Swollen Lymph Nodes On Neck. History Of Vertigo, Patchulous Ear. Taking Antibiotics. Suggestions?

I have had vertigo in the past and have had ETD for almost two years on the left side. A few years ago the same ear was patchulous (fixed with nose spray). I now have swollen lymph nodes on both sides og my neck under the jaw. I have been given antibiotics, nose sprays, antihistimines...you name it. Nothing is working.

Hello and welcome to this platform,
A keen examination and clerking is probably needed for your vertigo and patchulous ear. This is so because, these have numerous causes, and observing the particular characteristics you are presenting with, coupled with some few tests, it would be very easy to make an appropriate diagnosis. It might be difficult making potent or conclusive statements without examining you proper. The bottom line is you seek to consult an ENT specialist. For the lymph nodes, this is a delicate clinical syndrome needing keen clinical expertise. Te he duration, size, sensitivity and associated general signs and symptoms like weight loss, fever, lack of appetite are key ingredients in the physical examination. Infections, tumors, T B are the most common causes. Consult your primary care physician for proper evaluation. Thanks
