Swollen Neck With Lump On Throat

sore throat left side - feels like a kump in my throat on that side. swelling in neck - left side from under ear all the way to the mid front of my neck. face flushed.

Hi jill,the symptoms are suggestive of throat infection.Due to throat infection the area gets dry and leads to pain.The swelling in neck that you have is an enlarged lymphnode which is due to the infection itself.Please visit your doctor and get treated for this.You can take any analgesic for pain which suits you,avoid cold drinks,take light diet.bye and take care.
